After being being bound in addiction for many years, going through several treatments, and struggling to get sober; Rafe was set free from alcoholism in 2003 through the supernatural power of the Baptism in Holy Spirit which was a life changing experience. Rafe also experienced deliverance ministry in 2009 when Jesus set him free in other areas of his life he was bound in and God launched him into ministry of helping others experience deliverance.

Rafe is an ordained and licensed minister, obtained a Christian Ministry degree from Crown College, and is a licensed alcohol and drug counselor (LADC). Rafe has been working with and ministering to people in addiction for the last 15+ years as a counselor, Ministry School Director at MN Adult & Teen Challenge, and traveling minister. Rafe has answered the call to lead a church and it's his passion to teach people the uncompromised truth of the Word of God and help them experience the true freedom that comes through the deliverance ministry of the Holy Spirit. Rafe's desire is for people to be set free from addictions/bondages and discipled into a new life of purpose and destiny in Christ. ​
