After being bound in addiction for many years, going through several treatments, and struggling to get sober; Rafe was set free from alcoholism in 2003 through the supernatural power of the Baptism in Holy Spirit which was a life changing experience. Rafe also experienced deliverance ministry in 2009 when Jesus set him free in other areas of his life which he was bound in. It was at that time that God launched him into the ministry of deliverance helping others experience freedom.Rafe is an ordained and licensed minister, obtained a Christian Ministry degree from Crown College, and is a licensed alcohol and drug counselor (LADC). Rafe has been working with and ministering to people in addiction since 2006 as a counselor, Ministry School Director at MN Adult & Teen Challenge, and a traveling minister. Rafe has been married to his wife Tracy since 2000. They have answered the call to lead a church and it is their passion to teach people the uncompromised truth of the Word of God and help them experience the true freedom that comes through the proclaiming and demonstration of the "Full Gospel of Jesus Christ" Rafe and Tracy's desire is for people to be set free from an old life of sin, addiction, and the pain of the past so they can be discipled into a new life of freedom and an overcoming life in Christ.
